VEGAWAVE S 61
Function: The vibrating fork of VEGAWAVE is energized by a piezo crystal and it vibrates at a fixed amplitude. If the vibrating rod is covered by product, the amplitude change is detected by the integral electronics and converted into a switch signal. The switching condition is visible from outside via a twocolour LED. No special adjustments are required to set up VEGAWAVE S 61.
Application:Â VEGAWAVE S 61 is used as a level switch in free flowing powders and fine-grained solids and detects reliably and accurately when a point level is reached. The rugged design is ideal for coarse products and can be used under heavier loading conditions than a vibrating rod device. E.g. Grain, fine aggregates and heavy powders such as cement.
